And for luke Mellors it is important as not all hotels offer the same degree of product or service and while the consumer may not be aware of this it is a huge issue within the industry.*
And also he modify that much hotels like more than 20 hotels are charging their paying guests.
At my opinion; i that the internet is simply a gateway and that users use this access for a multitude of purposes.
Also i believe it is still one of of the most accessible and secure environments available in hotels today.
In an other way, like i have read in this article and i found its true, that not all hotel guests require these services, and not every guest need these services and use it all time during the journey in hotel.
thats why iam asking myself, why charging wi-fi and even we charge it i think its not a big revenue for the hotel so lets work on this project and my idea is to include it in room options and not in room rate.
And by this idea it allow us to give satisfaction for all our clientel.
