Today, after hearing arround the world about terrorist ; i could see that the big part of bombs are explosing in the hotel and restaurant industries. And a number of hotels have been the target for break-ins.
That's why for most hospitality industry, the answer must almost be : " JUST DO SOMETHING ".
Like i see there is many hotels like in UNITED STATES had done nothing to improve their security since 11 sep. That's why the following is advice with regards to procedures and upgrading security.
we can start doing this immediatly by showing the guest and every person's has a contact with our industry that he's protected. Than our hotel or restaurant he's not giving the opportunity for terrorist to have access inside of our compagny. we could show our security for guest by many way :
- when he came to the hotel he can see much lights lighting the areas of the grounds; and all the window's covered from guns.
- and as managers we are minimizing the number of entrances, like one is preferable and it only allows owners, management and only staff.
- concerning the reception area should be open and staff should have a clear view of all persons within the reception.
-also as a managers we should have open eyes by checking on all employees and especially those with access to rooms and food; because somebody could contaminate it on the way to a hotel.
All these solutions and ideas will let our guests and also staff feel that they are protected and in safe.

To conclude, this article give me many ideas and many way for the futur to know the good way for protecting. And very important strategy that by the communication with our client and by showing him that we really have the key of security; i am sure like this visible to all.
