1-Social sharing sites its an online technologies practices that people could share opinions, insights, experiences and perspectives with each other.
Social sharing sites can take also many different forms, including text, images, audio, DVD, video clips.
Popular Social sites include blogs, message boards and as I was searching on the net to an examples of sharing sites I found out the following ex:

2-I beleive and I am one of them, that most of consumer's choices beleive what other experiences said, and not attract too much by advertising and publicity.
For example it will never be the same when somebody is just listening to the pub or some of the sharing idea and experiences is telling and speaking about his all experience that he did.
And as all of us now know that most of customer's is searching confidence, low prices, and they want to really trust any company that they are going to book or paying her there money.
So for them on our days now the most important is good tacticta and opinions as publicity and just TV market.

3-If we all look these social sharing sites we all see a one commun point that all of them we dont need to pay money , most of them are easy to use, and at my opinion it reach the need of all the visitors and customers and what they are loking for.
And also the most important point for the hoteliers to best utilize social sharing trends to communicate with customers is first always being up to date, always put new informations online, and also looking at what customers are commenting like this they will be able to always give the good service for them.

4-Yes sure that hotels effectively should always establish an online conversation with customers, because at my opinion its a quid pro quo and this expression mean: you gave me this I gave you that.
I am saying this because both need to work with each other and both they are waiting something.And the hotel that he is giving something ship and easy for the customers is also waiting that this client buy it and be in his hotel.
